About Raising Timothys

In 2019, God called Edwin Khoo, but he spent three years in prayer and discernment together with wife Ethel, seeking His direction. Then, in obedience and faith, he stepped forward to found Raising Timothys, trusting fully that God would provide the resources needed for His work.

In a nutshell, RT is a catalysts ministry that Apostle Paul (a spiritual father) /Barnabas (an encourager) would do to mentor/help younger christian leaders (Timothy) to grow their potential in fulfilling God's calling.

As part of the RT community, our shoutout slogan is "Love God. Love Family. Love the Lost."

God’s story includes yours.

We don’t grow alone, we are one in the Body.

Sometimes the most life-changing thing is simply having someone walk beside you—ask real questions, share real life, and point you back to Jesus.

That’s what intentional mentoring is all about.

Ministry burden can be heavy. Some days are quiet, even lonely.

But a single word of encouragement— a reminder of who you are and Who called you — can make a huge difference.

What do we do?

Affirming and equipping emerging leaders to serve God's kingdom according to their unique calling. (Finding clarity, confirmation n confidence in their life purpose)
Providing a support system to emerging leaders to pursue God's calling and longetivity (via coaching, mentoring, ministry of encouragement)
Encouraging leaders to serve together with spouses and raise kingdom family.
Partnering with churches to train emerging leaders in obeying the Great Commission and spiritual leadership to reproduce disciple makers.
